Section 1
Abbreviation, extension and initialization

(1) The name of this Act is "Banking Offenses and Punishment Act, 2064". (2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and shall apply to any person or organization who has committed any banking offense in Nepal and is residing abroad. (3) This Act shall come into effect immediately. .
